The Shop and Win Campaign at Phoenix Marketcity, Bangalore (“Contest”) will commence from 6 pm on 8th June, 2024 and end on 31st July, 2024 (“Contest period”).

Customers who shop for a minimum of Rs 10,000/- and above on a single day are eligible to take part in the Shop and Win Contest.

The customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer and any such participation shall be purely voluntary and with absolute consent by them.

All Entries will have to be put into the designated lucky draw boxes placed inside Phoenix Marketcity Mall, Bangalore (“Mall”) only.

During the Contest Period, no two offers/ schemes can be clubbed.

Any goods/merchandise purchased through a redemption of Gift Certificates /Gift Vouchers & Credit Notes does not qualify for the Lucky draw.

To obtain valid coupons the customer shall visit the Helpdesk counter at the Mall, where the invoice date and amount will be verified and customer will fill out the registration coupon and place the such coupon in the drop box. The customer will be provided with the counter copy of the coupon. Bills/cash invoices from dates other than the current date will not be accepted.

The participants must ensure that a valid name, e-mail address, phone number, bill details, etc are filled in the coupon to be eligible to participate in the contest. Any incomplete entry shall be disqualified. Using a false name, e-mail-ID and /or address will result in disqualification.

Each participant's personal information may be disclosed to governmental or regulatory bodies if the same is required by law.

Each participant expressly agrees that by his/her participation in the Contest, Phoenix Marketcity may collect/ use any information, in any media or future promotional, publicity and marketing material, without any consent, reference, payment or other compensation to the participant.

The participant shall claim their valid lucky draw coupon on the date of purchase or the next working day only. If the participant does not claim the same in the said duration, the right to claim the prize shall stand revoked and forfeited unconditionally and irrevocably and no claims will be entertained thereafter.

Participants are required to retain the counterfoil of the coupons and all cash memos/bills as proof to claim the prizes. No proof ascertains no prize.

Prizes offered cannot be converted into cash and/or or Gift Cards/Vouchers in part or full.

There shall not be any separate charges or fees for participating in the Shop & Win Contest.

The winner will have to remit to Phoenix Marketcity (Island Star Mall Developers Pvt. Ltd.) all applicable taxes with respect to the prize within 7 days prior to collecting such prize, failing which the prize awarded would stand withdrawn and no correspondence and/or complaint would be entertained thereafter.

The Island Star Mall Developers Pvt. Ltd. holds no warranty and makes no representation regarding the quality of the prize(s). All the prizes will fall under the standard terms and conditions for warranty as defined by the concerned companies and /or brands by whom the prize is sponsored / manufactured.

The Island Star Mall Developers Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/ damage, claim that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by the customer/participant under this Contest.

If the winner does not claim the Contest prize within 7 days from the date of intimation of its winnings, the right to claim the prize shall stand revoked and forfeited unconditionally and irrevocably and no claims will be entertained thereafter. In case the winner is not able to come in person to claim the reward, a authorised

representative can collect the reward by producing the original purchase receipt, counter foil of the registration coupon and a letter of authorization from the winner participant along with the Proof of Residence.

Phoenix Marketcity (Island Star Mall Developers Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the Contest Prize along with these Terms & Conditions thereto, at any time without any prior notice or consultation.

The present terms and conditions are without prejudice to any other rights of the Mall/ Island Star Mall Developers Pvt. Ltd. and hereby reserves its discretion to exercise the same as and when required.

If a Participant has won the Contest but does not wish to avail/take the Contest prize, Phoenix Marketcity will not alter whole, or any part of the Contest prize and such prize shall be forfeited without any notice.

All prizes are subject to all applicable taxes and compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations of India. Any tax and/or compliance liability arising from the prize won shall be borne by the winner/participant solely.

By participating in the Contest, each participant acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions herein and all related terms and conditions governing the Contest.

By filling and submitting the coupon the customer agrees to share their contact details to receive marketing and promotional calls from the Mall and the sponsors / associates Contest.

Officers and employees associated with Phoenix Mall and their immediate family members (parents, brothers/sisters, spouse and children) will not be eligible to participate in this Contest.

All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru only. Other standard Terms & Conditions apply.
